Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Please allow additional days for courier pick up, transit and for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are normally included in the price and shipping is free. In case shipping cost extra is mentioned, it will be applicable as below:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur in case of natural calamities, pandemics, war, riots etc. Please check the actual situation at the time of ordering.
Shipment to addresses within the country
All orders on the website https://motocop.com are processed by AL Auto and shipped to addresses within India. We do not normally ship to PO Box address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on all the products listed on the website and is applied at checkout through the payment gateway. For orders emanating within Haryana CGST and SGST are applicable while for all other States and Union Territories IGST is applicable.
Damages and insurance
The orders placed on https://motocop.com and shipped by AL Auto are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For goods costing more than INR 1000 it is advisable to take insurance cover for shipping. Insurance charges are extra and payable before dispatch. You need to indicate shipping insurance needed at the time of placing the order. The charges and payment method will be indicated on email to you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
