We have a defined process of Inflator Testing before dispatch to the customer. This is a part of our quality assurance system.
Blister Packaging
Some of our components like TPMS, Valve Caps and Wheel nuts etc. are checked and blister packed with base card at our premises. Visual inspection of these parts is a prerequisite.
Cardboard Packing
The parts for retail sales and OEM supplies are packaged in suitable ply cardboard packagaing in order to provide damage free parts to the end customers. 
Polypacks
In order to provide environmental protection, the retail sale parts are packaged further in polypacks. However, the effort is to move towards recyclables.
